The counsel/pro se party requesting the hearing is required to attach a complete service list and serve a copy of the signed Order Specially Setting Hearing upon all parties of record and file with the Clerk's office a Notice of Service of Order Special Setting Hearing. Order setting hearing should include the addresses of all parties (whether they are participating in the hearing or not). Any questions should be emailed to: CAD-DivisionAW-SpecialSetHearings@pbcgov.org
CHANGE IN PROCEDURE FOR UNIFORM MOTION CALENDAR AND CASE MANAGEMENT HEARINGS
Uniform Motion Calendar is now set on-line. In order to have your motion heard before the foreclosure division, you must first check on-line for the next available date and clear it with other parties in the case. Five (5) business days notice are required unless shorter notice is agreed upon with all parties. Uniform Motion Calendar is held Monday through Thursday at 8:45 a.m. Please instruct parties to see white board on the 4th floor in front of courtroom 4A. All parties must check-in at the table. Motion to Cancel Sales and Motions for Continuance may be heard on an expedited basis if all parties agree to the expedited hearing date.
