The Palm Beach County Law Library and its staff are committed to serving the legal community as well as all county residents. The Law Library is one of the resources provided by the Board of County Commissioners to ensure equal access to many courts. Toward that end, we welcome you to our website.

This website is one of the steps that we have undertaken, with the cooperation and assistance of the 15th Judicial Circuit administration and staff, to make legal information readily accessible to the community. This website can provide the user with information concerning hours and locations of the Palm Beach County Law Library and the South County Courthouse in Delray Beach. The site also provides links to legal research websites, information about services provided and e-mail access to the librarians for referencing and feedback. Mission:
The Palm Beach County Law Library serves the legal and law related information needs of the county, including county residents, judges, attorneys, students, county officials and pro-se patrons. It provides legal reference and referral services, within the guidelines of Florida Statute 454.23.

The law library cooperates with the community to enhance knowledge of the law and to facilitate access to the justice system.

Our goal is to provide the patrons with accurate up-to-date legal information.
