Witness Management schedules, conducts, transcribes and maintains records of criminal discovery depositions taken by the Public Defender, Office of Regional Criminal Conflict, and Court Appointed Attorneys( primarily for felony cases). Criminal discovery depositions offer defense and state attorneys the opportunity to question witnesses before trial in an attempt to uncover more facts about a specific case.

The 15th Judicial Circuit Court pioneered cost reduction for criminal discovery depositions in Florida by electronically recording criminal discovery depositions, greatly reducing or eliminating costly fees charged by court reporters. Advanced computer technology enables Witness Management to efficiently track and report on all aspects of recorded depositions.
