The Trial Court Law Clerks at the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit (also known as staff attorneys) are an integral part of the judiciary. The Law Clerks work closely with the judges on civil, criminal, juvenile, family and probate issues and are responsible for the coordination and preparation of bench memoranda for all county to circuit appeals. In addition, the Law Clerks review the files and draft the proposed orders for writs, post conviction motions and the status orders in adoption cases. Below are the current Trial Court Law Clerks:
