Divisional Instructions

Motions must be filed before a hearing will be scheduled. The moving party shall contact the Court's Judicial Assistant in order to obtain available hearing dates. Before setting a hearing date, the moving party shall coordinate the hearing date with all other parties and then contact the Judicial Assistant to set the hearing date.

Before the scheduled hearing date, the parties shall discuss in good faith an amicable resolution of the issue(s). In the event that the matter is resolved, the parties shall send an agreed order to the Court before the hearing and contact the Court's Judicial Assistant within eight (8) hours of the resolution that the matter was resolved. No party may submit an agreed order concerning continuances.

The objection "asked and answered" does not exist in this division.
