Divisional Instructions
We request that no motions be set during our trial weeks, which are:

- September 12-16
- September 26-30
- October 11-14
- October 24-28
- November 7-10
- November 21-23
- December 5-9
On our alternate weeks, we hear Status Checks on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30 a.m, Case Dispos on Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 a.m., and Plea Conferences and miscellaneous hearings of 5-10 minutes on Fridays at 8:30. Tuesday mornings are set aside for Calendar Call and Thursday mornings for Arraignments. In the afternoons of the Alternate Weeks, FVOP’s, Nonjury Trials, Motions to Suppress, and Bond Hearings with witnesses may be set by calling the Judicial Assistant
