Family Court is a division of the Circuit Court which has jurisdiction over the adjudication of all domestic matters, including adoptions, domestic violence, divorce, child support, custody, alimony, time-sharing and related matters.
The 15th Circuit's Family Courts are supported by a number of ground-breaking programs addressing the special needs of families and parties to Family Court cases. These programs have received numerous grants and awards for excellence in programming and community service.
