Born November 25, 1949, at Fort Clayton, Panama Canal-Canal Zone, Panama. Moved to Miami, FL in 1955 from New Orleans, LA and has been a resident of Palm Beach County since 1981.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Economics from Florida State University 1972. Juris Doctorate from Samford University Cumberland School of Law 1975.

B. 1983 to 2001 - Partner at David and French, P.A.
C. 2000 to 2006 - Partner at David E. French, P.A.
D. 2007 to Present- Circuit Judge, 15th Judicial Circuit, in and for Palm Beach County, Civil Division.
