Born November 25, 1949, at Fort Clayton, Panama Canal-Canal Zone, Panama. Moved to Miami, FL in 1955 from New Orleans, LA and has been a resident of Palm Beach County since 1981.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Economics from Florida State University 1972. Juris Doctorate from Samford University Cumberland School of Law 1975.

A. 1975 to 1982 - Partner at Wicker Smith, et al, P.A.
B. 1983 to 2001 - Partner at David and French, P.A.
C. 2000 to 2006 - Partner at David E. French, P.A.
D. 2007 to Present- Circuit Judge, 15th Judicial Circuit, in and for Palm Beach County, Civil Division.

A. 30 plus years complex court room experience in over twelve circuit courts, including U.S. Southern District Court of Florida.
