Judge Keyser has changed her divisional instructions for special set hearings. Rather than the previous requirement that the motion be docketed, the procedure now will be the motion must be filed with the clerk's office PRIOR to calling the judicial assistant for hearing dates. When calling the JA for hearing dates for special set hearings, you must provide the judicial assistant with the date the written motion was filed with the clerk's office.
