Division AB is accepting online scheduling of 15 or 30 minute special set hearings. Cases set for calendar call may not set online hearings after the calendar call date.

Special set hearings are set by order. All special set hearing orders must include the language "a copy of all memoranda/case law shall be submitted directly to the court at least 5 business days prior to the hearing" with a cover letter stating date and time of hearing. Please provide a proposed order setting the hearing with copies and addressed, stamped envelopes for mailing to all parties along with an additional two (2) copies of the order setting hearing for the judge and a copy of the motion.
Parties requiring more than 30 minutes may not set back to back hearings or more than 1 hearing per case per day without court approval.
