Judge Phillips' Family Division FH and Probate/Guardianship Division IH will be SUSPENDED for the dates set out above.
Alternate Judges Amy L. Smith and Gregory Keyser are to be used ONLY FOR EMERGENCY purposes, as defined in Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Administrative Orders 11.108-09/08 and 5.203.
“EMERGENCY” does not include discovery disputes, uncontested dissolutions of marriage, most forms of alleged contempt, or opening of new estates, etc.
