Divisional News:

  • Division AI requires all Special Set Hearings to be scheduled online.
  • Judge Sasser will review all motions, memoranda of law and case authority prior to all UMC and Special Set Hearings.  Accordingly, please email courtesy copies of materials for UMC and Special Set Hearings to the Court for review in advance of all hearings.
  • Division AI is currently setting jury trials in July 2012 and non-jury trials in April 2012.  Special Set hearing times are available in February 2012 and March 2012.  

Recent Updates:

  • Effective February 1, 2012, Emergency Motions may be emailed directly to Judge Sasser's Judicial Assistant for immediate review.  Please note that you must still file the original Emergency Motion with the Clerk's office.     
  • Division AI has a 55 inch TV Monitor available for use during trials and hearings.  If you would like to use it, please contact Judicial Assistant Michelle Smith
